THE CHALLENGE

The format demanded absolute precision. Sponsors had pre-approved a specific list of target companies and would only find value if the attendees were C-level decision-makers from those exact organisations. Filling three intimate roundtable events across different European cities - while staying strictly within the approved company list - required a highly disciplined, personalised outreach approach that mass marketing simply couldn't deliver.
